• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Delivery time depends on the shipping address and location.
• Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• In rare cases or during peak periods, delivery may take a bit longer.

🌍 Shipping Areas

• We currently ship all over India using trusted courier partners.
• If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We do offer COD

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or you suspect it’s lost in transit, please contact us at support@onexonline.in within 48 hours of delivery.
