Refund and Returns Policy

At Onex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

⏳ Return Eligibility: 7 Days from Delivery

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products or digital files
• Personal use or hygiene-related products
• Damaged items caused by improper use or customer handling

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@onexonline.in and ship the item to our return address below.

💵 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval/rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting on a refund?
Please follow these steps before contacting us:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time to reflect.
3. Contact your bank – some delays are normal.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. If the item was sent to the gift giver, we’ll refund the amount to them.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return shipping is non-refundable.
• If your item is above ₹2000, consider using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
